I know that you had a great concert trip this summer. Was it as good as the movie you saw about the Phish farewell tour? There was lots of excitement here in Vermont when it all ended. Too bad that they are no more.

I read with great dismay about the nasty Democrat that rang your door bell in the middle af a Twins game—how rude of him. He just wanted to be sure that you will vote for the right guy. You really don't like G.W. Fathead, do you? I think that rude fellow was a Republican dressed in a Democrat's clothing.

My Grandma's so great.

In our apartment, there are four phones—one for each bedroom. When they ring, each does so in a different key: Charlie's in D below middle C, Noah's in G, mine in B and Paul's in D above middle C. They also happen to ring in exactly that order so that, whenever someone calls us, it's way cool.
