Spring Break! Wooo!
Peace.

I got home yesterday around 12:30 in a car that doesn't belong to me (read: Josh's BMW 323i) I knew I'd be at the Mall of America within the next twenty-four hours. I was close. Twenty-five. And this isn't really something I intended on, or wanted to be, doing, I just knew it was going to happen. Now I'm eyeing iPod accessories for which I have absolutely no need. An iTrip would be pretty sweet, though, for the trip back to Grinnell and the other 2500+ miles I intend on travelling this coming year.
The Bob Dylan show was excellent. Milwaukee was pretty neat, I guess. I definitely understand The Geoff's distaste for UWM, though; it definitely takes a certain kind of person to enjoy that campus. I'm not sure if Geoff is one of them. State schools. I doubt I could take it. Still, any city with a Chipotle in close proximity to one's place of residence can't be all bad. Even if they cut the peppers and onions too thickly and don't cook their rice well enough.
I plan on attending Jeff Austin & Chris Castino at the Cabooze on Friday, as well as at least one of the two Big Wu shows thereafter. Rock on.
Peace.

Me? How kind of you to ask...
Pentecost has come and gone, and was one of the best things ever. John and Joe came up from St. Louis to see it. John stayed an extra day to go to Disco (The guy over whose left shoulder he appears is François. He gave me an A in French Speaking. Real class act.), which was, by all accounts, "the shit."
My family came down from home as well. This time my dad didn't go to the party (read: 10/11/03), which is a real shame because everyone—and even I, to some extent—wanted him to make an appearance. He explained his absence in a message on the whiteboard outside my room: "'The Professor' was called away for an important seminar and meeting of intelligent minds. He will return some day."
Josh may let me take care of his car for break. It's a BMW. Oh man!
My e-mail is still in the process of being de-loused. It's a slow process.
Peace.

1) Tonight is opening night for Pentecost. When tickets became available on Monday at noon, we ran out in fourteen minutes.
2) My e-mail is not working and hasn't been since February 27. So do not despair if you have sent me a missive and have not yet received a rejoinder.
3) I haven't actually fallen off the face of the earth but am merely exhausted from constant rehearsing.
Peace.
